The Jim Hill High School IB Programme offers a continuum of high-quality education that encourages international-mindedness and a positive attitude towards learning. The purpose of IB is to provide a rigorous academic experience that requires more in- depth and disciplined thinking. Upon completing the program, a student could earn admission to many colleges and universities.

Jim Hill High School offers the following:

The Middle Years Programme (MYP) is a continuation from Northwest Magnet Middle school. The programme is designed for students in the 9th and 10th grades. The Middle Years Programme helps students participate actively and responsibly in a changing and increasingly interrelated world. 

The Diploma Programme (DP) is a challenging two- year curriculum made up six subject groups and the DP core, comprising theory of knowledge (TOK), creativity, activity and, service (CAS), and the extended essay.

Through the DP core, students reflect on the nature of knowledge, complete independent research and undertake a project that often involves community service. The Diploma Programme is aimed at students ages 16 – 19
